The 9th ESUN Course on Intravesical Therapy for NMIBC, organised by the European School of Urology Nursing (ESUN), will take place in Gdansk, Poland, on 12–13 June 2026. The course is designed for experienced or specialised nurses involved in bladder cancer care in clinical, outpatient, or community settings.

The programme aims to strengthen nurses’ knowledge, confidence, and practical skills in delivering intravesical therapy for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). Participants will explore the principles of intravesical treatment, compare different agents such as BCG and chemotherapy, and learn best practices for safe preparation, administration, and management of side effects, aligned with evidence-based guidelines.

A key objective of the course is to promote consistent, high-quality NMIBC care across Europe. Participants are encouraged to act as local ambassadors and trainers, sharing their expertise within their organisations or regions and supporting a sustainable train-the-trainer approach to improve patient outcomes and safety.
